It’s best to think of the regional delicacies when thinking of typically English food. British hams, roast beef, lamb shanks to name but a few.

It used to be said that the sun never sets on the British Empire. Thats no longer the case, but what England has managed to hold on to, are some of its cherished icons of the past which still allows a certain pride to pervade.
